Kioti LB 2204 won't start

I'm trying to help out my Father-in-law with his Kioti. The starter works correctly if you short the solenoid, and you can bump start the tractor, it just won't start with the ignition switch, no click, no nothing.

We could probably figure this out if we could get a schematic, anyone know where to look for one for an older model like this?

Thought it might be the switch that the clutch pedal engages, but can't locate that switch.

Or maybe someone has had this issue & knows what to check?
