Yanmar YM2000 Rear axle seal replacement

My YM2000 started leaking fluid on the left rear wheel outer seal at hub. I found my rear tire was loose . I took off tire , pulled hub, took off the 4 bolts (5 including safety chain eye bolt) & opened up the outer bearing case . I found my Axle Seal that goes in the outer bearing plate was messed up, but the bearing looked good. I can't find a place to order both the Axle Seal, and the paper 4 bolt gasket to put back together outer bearing cover. Can someone here point me in the right direction?
