cub cadet 1042 has very oilly pto clutch and under carriage

need to replace clutch on cub 1042 anybody have a how to instructions link or where I can get one?? making grinding noises.
Has allot of oil and grease build up on whole under carriage although engine oil level is usually ok.
What is known to leak on these?

OK purchased a new PTO from Pete's mower supply that was provided in link from another member. Thank you great pricing and fast service!
Now my question is should there be any spacing on clutch plate? appears to have direct contact and ride on both magnetic brackets on clutch housing.

clutch has no adjustments for plate that some members refered to other forums. Just making sure so that don't screw up new part when install it!
