G'day I forgot to say that this is a halogen globe and because of this do not touch the globe with your fingers as the oil from your fingers will cause hot spots on the glass causing it to crack and blow the globe.
If you do happen to touch the globe then wipe it with some methylated spirits or some other alcohol based cleaner, I usually hold the globe with a tissue while I am fitting it to the holder.
