In need of Craftsman 917255722 Replacement parts.

Hello.

I have a Craftsman 917255722 riding mower I acquired. It had flat rear tires, so in the process of taking them off to put tubes in, one of the spider gears broke. And I am having no luck in finding new ones. I also need the three bearings that go under the shifter plate.

If it helps the rear is a spicer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to your nearest Sears store/Dealer and they can look it up on line and order the parts.

You will probably need to find the Dana Spicer Model # on the trans itself. You should be able to order the parts
you need. Sears most likely will not have them.

Yea, I was thinking sears would not have the parts available. As searspartsdirect does not even carry the transaxle. I tried looking for a model today, but I was in a hurry and it was cloudy. I guess I will be doing that tomorrow. There is also a local guy that carrys a whole bunch of old lawn mower and parts, I will stop by and see if he has anything.
