Repaired 3pt mower deck instead of buying new one

Hi , I decided after looking at new 6 ft mowing decks for $3500 -$4000 (heavy duty model) with tax and shipping ,and after checking out the 25 year old Artsway mowing spindles and gear box that they where in very good shape to just repair the rest of the deck . The tear down was easy but all that rusty parts took long time to clean up . The original color was light gray but wanted the New Holland blue, so I found at wally world a RustOleum blue that was really close and less than half the price of dealer New Holland blue. The spindle covers where torn and bent so I found some diamond plate in my barn and fab up some caps to pop rivet to the covers. Was also good time to change the gear lube, sharpen the blades , grease everything. After close inspection, the sides where in need of replacement, and the bottom ski that rusted off as well.
