S250 Bcat skidsteer air not working

I have fixed everything but the air. Time to start on that. I don't know anything about it except that the fuse is not the problem. should I just take it somewhere, the bobcat place, a local auto mechanic or try it myself. What is the most common issue with non cooling?

Low on Freon, or whatever they are using for refrigerant. Also check that the compressor clutch engages and the compressor rotates.

It takes special gauges, tools and know how, so not much you can do.
