ford 1510 diesel missing

I own a Ford 1510 diesel that has started missing after warm up and gets really bad loosing power. Some smoke but actually not much different so maybe fuel restriction. Only 550 hours. Replaced filter, cleaned tank and aired out fuel lines. No change. Any experience with this problem?

have you checked air intake supply restricted air filter mouse nest ect. I would not think there is a lift pump to go bad, does it miss like 1 cyl or does it run smooth and just run out of power. if it is a single cyl. type miss you can slightly loosen fuel lines at each injector until you get to one that does not change the way the engine runs that is the cyl. to look at. But no I do not own a 1510
