Headlight for New Holland 3415 P/N SBA385120630

I am looking for a replacement Headlight bulb for a New Holland model 3415 tractor. The Part number of the bulb is SBA385120630. This bulb only has a single contact on the end. Does anyone know of a replacement bulb P/N or a kit to replace the entire headlamp assembly?

P.S. It has Toshiba A12V25W stamped as the P/N on the bulb.

I know this is an old post but I had the same problem and after a lot of searching on the internet, I found this scooter bulb #1151 from Memotronics
Scooter Bulb #1151 - 12V, 25W, P15s base Floesser Germany

Basically it is a 12 volt, 25 Watt, P15s base with T6 glass bulb.
