Ouch!
Check all fuses. Some vehicles also have a fusible link that may not be located with the fuse block - check that too. If you find a fuse blown, replace it and see it that doesn't fix things. If is doesn't, continue . . .
There may be some other parts that are toast. For instance, a diode that is installed across a coil (relay, contactor, solenoid) to suppress reverse EMF, will typically fail shorted. This will sometimes not be so obvious if the forward current that blew it is not left on so long as to melt wires and stuff. To check for this, besides looking for melted insulation on wires, you might do the following:
Remove ground terminal from battery if it is not already removed. Momentarily touch ground lead to battery negative post - there should be no spark. If you have a current meter, connect in series between batter neg post and ground wire - should be no current with things off. With meter still attached, turn ign switch to ACC position (do not go to start position as this would exceed amp meter current capacity). Current should be no more than a few amps with all accessories (lights etc) turned off.
