Brake problems (sticking) ON 1991 JOHN Deere 2355

I have a JD 1991 2355 with very low hours, but the brakes stick when it sets up for a bit, has anyone else had this problem with their 90's 55 series tractor? If so, was there a simple fix for it. It seems to be in the master cylinder, I can crack the line on the master cylinder and bleed some of the pressure off of the system and the brake releases but if you use the brakes it sticks again.

Not sure about on your tractor but on are 2040 JD greasing the petals pivot point does the trick.
