6410 john deere electric power reverser problems

6410 john deere electric power reverser has new style shifter wires are tore up inside anyone know what they do and if they can be bypassed?? Two wires goto the n light and other two goto a round metal plate !!

Short Version: The reverser switch sends signals to the RCU (reverser control unit) and thru the forward and reverse relays to the forward and reverse solenoids.

I do not think bypassing is an easy option.
