Hyd - working only one way
Have mid sized Ford tractor that the hyd. are working only one way and they just creep the other way. I switched the hoses and hooked up different equipment and it does the same. Where would one start to look for the problem?

Re: Hyd - working only one way
Marty, what hydraulic system are you talking about? FEL? Remote Hyd.? 3PH? ...and what model Ford tractor? Give us a little more info and we may be able to help you with better ideas. Your profile says you have a TC33D, but that's not the tractor you are talking about is it?

Re: Hyd - working only one way
The other evening I was pushing back some snowbanks, and the FEL on my B7500HST began to be really non-responsive. Turns out the control for the 3PH didn't pop to the center position, and apparently the juice was being bypassed. Flipped the lever to center and all was well..................chim

coupler
You have a bad coupler that is not opening when the mating coupler is connected. Pretty common problem really
One way to tell for sure do both hoses get stiff in one direction.
