Deere LA135, can't remove air filtter cover

Back two fasteners just spin. Any hints?

Welcome to the forum.
Try to remove by using a long screw driver under the area of the bolts to ge the nuts to dig into the plactic retainers Then slowly loosen the bolts.
This is caused by to much tightening of the bolts.
Use a adhesive to retighten the nust
