Im looking for some info or experiance with problems for my 2010, love the tractor (was a suprise gift from my wife and family after my 3rd tour)... thing runs fine with little hick ups.... let my friend borrow it to cut hay and he said the pto was giving him problems, turns out the pto wont stop. pushed clutch in, also tried playing with lever, no matter what wont stop. hooked up brush hog to cut and the starter isnt strong enough to start with implament hooked up... what kind of repairs am i looking at and price range?

It's possible ears are worn off shift linkage inside trans housing. IMHO linkage is very complicated. PTO is completely independent from traction(foot) clutch.

Pin #2 can fail over time if the shift lever has been forced hard against its stop at some time. Its a roll pin and will crack - then fail later.
