Where can I get this? It's very simple: keyhole-shape in a plate ~ 1/4" thick, also needs ~1/2" hole for bolt. Very simple, but I can't find any. Please do not suggest substitutes.

Need a couple to go on my brush hog to attach support chain (keeps it at correct height).
Needs a banjo hole and a bolt hole.

Years ago I picked up a couple replacements like you want from a tractor implements dealer that sold Bush Hog brand stuff. My Bush Hog TM5 grooming mower came with them.
