I'm finished with my rebuild of my dad's 69 5200. I'm full of fuel, fuel lines are bled, but fuel won't enter the actual injection pump. It's as if the fuel shutoff is stuck in off and not allowing fuel to enter. The hand lift pump pushes fuel just fine, but nothing to the lines running to the injectors. any help would be appreciated.

I suspect there are two bleed bolts on the side of the injection pump which need to be bled one at a time using the lift pump and then once that is done, bleed each injector line at the injector end.
Look for bolts with a copper washer under the head.
I dont know your model of tractor but have experience with Simm's pumps of that era

I've done that. I just can't get the fuel beyond the injector pump. The fuel rack isn't stuck. I'm stumped

Remove 1 injectorline and see if fuel is coming out of the pump ? Open the inspectioncover to see if the pumpcrank is turning ? Mybe you forgot to install the idler gear in the drivetraincover ?
