Ford 1920 PTO kicking out

Have a Ford 1920 Tractor whose PTO will not stay in gear. Started acting up this Fall while blowing leaves with a 3 point blower. Any ideas? What needs to be fixed? Tractor has 5000 hours. Is used for other tasks on a Golf Course. Thanks.

There's a good chance it has some chipped/damaged teeth on the PTO drive gears. It's not uncommon on that style tractor. The gears are accessed after removal of three point lift housing. The removal and replacement of the gears is not too difficult, however locating replacement gears may be another matter.
