94 Ford/Newholland 1215 Drive shaft leaking very bad at rear case

I picked up a 94 Ford 1215, runs great, but spews tractor fluid out around the drive shaft at the rear. I took a look and it appears the oil seal is completely missing.... I can see the bearing. What is the process of replacing this, do I have to split the tractor to replace oil seal?

Is there supposed to be a oil seal covering the bearing?
