YTS3000 B&S 21HP 46" Electric Question

Replaced battery, solenoid, and waiting on new ignition to arrive {never lend your stuff to people!)

I removed the gas tank for ease and to clean the under hood area and noticed two wires that weren't connected to anything.

One is a white and zip tied to the red and white wires that go to the solenoid.

And, a 3 wire ending with a female end, 2 black wires and 1 blue wire.

I can't find anywhere they would go.

Any help would be appreciated.

Blue and two black wires go to optional hour meter.

White wire is still a mystery.

Perhaps the white wire will go to new ignition to ground it thus stopping the engine when key is turned to off.
