Im having an issue with my pto. whenever I engage the pto my tractor immediately bogs down and shuts off. I've ran an ohm test on all safety switches and they check out good, however I'm not so sure about my key switch. i have 5 prongs grouped together near the center of the switch and one off to one side by itself. the center 5 were plugged into the harness but the one off to the side didn't have anything plugged into it. Should there be a ground plugged into it or another wire? I got an erratic ohm reading on two of the center prongs. I'm thinking my switch is bad.
My hour meter also had a red wire on one terminal and a double green wire on the other terminal. is this right? it really looks to me as if someone at some point did a number on the entire wiring harness. Please help!!!
