Here is the picture of the seal that I have to remove has you can see, what would be the procedure

See you got the pto shaft off. Good.

I again marked up your photo with a red arrow.
The arrow is pointing to the separation between the seal and the gearbox.
The seal has a thin metal outer ring covered in rubber.
The metal ring is a tight fit into a circular opening in the gear box which is perhaps 1/4" to 3/8" deep
Take a thin blade flat screwdriver and a light hammer. Drive the screwdriver into the joint between the seal and gearbox.
Dont drive it straight in at 90 degrees but rather at an angle towards the gear box shaft.
The seal's outer metal ring of the seal should start to deform allowing you to pull it out of its housing in the gearbox.
