Hello all,
I've just finished installing a new hydrostatic charge pump on my 1120 case ih and i'm still not able to get the machine moving. Found the internal gear in the charge pump that runs off the main driveshaft was in 2 pieces when i split the tractor, so ordered the new pump and installed.
When putting it together i did my best to put as much oil as i could keep from leaking out, into all the internal parts. Now I've got it all put back together and i'm not getting much response. I've cracked every line I could find to get the air out and tried putting a little air pressure on the hyd reservoir to push some oil into the tougher spots.
I'm assuming there must still be air somewhere in the system, not very knowledgable on this though.
Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
TIA
*also, this tractor is the twin to Mahindra 2216 HST and Cub Cadet 7205
