I'm needing to replace several seals on the hydraulic cylinders and I'm wondering if anyone has some good sources for the seals and what to recommend for upgrades? I would like to also beef them up or getting longer lasting seals.

I've looked around and I can find several sites with seals. However, I get confused with the material and profiles. For Example: Piston seals

The seals I need are for the Woods BH70-X Stabilizers J-code. From Messicks item: 1024756. It's listed as a SEAL KIT-2.48 X 1.50 CYLINDER. But the kits costs $66, I need 2 of them, and I'm wondering if I can get seals from somewhere else at a better price.

I also need to get another set of seals for the 16LA front loader. Kit Item #86586336. However, at least with the loader seals, it breaks down the individual seals:
7 RING............Wear,....2.004" ID x .50" Thk....................................771705..$6.38
8 SEAL............Piston,...............................................3 Piece..86553483..$11.13
9 WEAR RING,......Split,...31.75mm ID x 34.8mm OD x 12.7mm Thk..........Wear......9843627..$6.27
10 O-RING,..................0.139" Thk x 1.859" ID, -225, Cl 5, 75 Duro.............272380..$4.24
11 SEALING WASHER........................................................Back Up..86565440..$1.00
12 SEAL,....................31.75mm ID x 37.85mm OD x 6.35mm Thk.........Seal.....86513307..$10.82
13 SEAL,....................31.75mm ID x 43.05mm OD x 4.76mm Thk....................529340..$7.55

Ahhh, I saw them on the google search but jumped over them for some reason. I like that they have a search by size right on their home page to filter stuff by.

Is there a grade comparison of the different type of seals? Like, in automotive, you can upgrade from rubber to polyurethane to get a better seal. And then you can go to the next level to get even better. Is there anything like that for the cylinders?
