Any ideas why my cluster would lock up. the rps, temperature and fuel guage don't move at all.

If the fuse is good, check to see if they share a common ground wire.

The fuse controls the guages as well as the horn. The horn is working.

But the horn probably has a separate ground. If you can find the ground for the instrument panel, try jumping the wire to a good ground and see if that helps.

So apparently it was a bad ignition switch? Does this even make sense?
