why do cars not have these built in jacks. and before someone mentions it, no I would not get UNDER the tractor on these, that is what a bottle jack is for, right?

So out to the wash area and some soapy water to find the leak. At least the tire is clean now!

At last, so far this is the only leak I can find. Now if I can find one of those valve stem wrenches.............NO luck, small screwdriver and tighten it that way............so far so good.

Danny,
A good auto store that sells tire repair tools, or a bicycle shop. I have a couple that came with a Camel patch kit. What I use is a valve stem cap with the split at the top. Those caps were on old english racer bikes.I put one on all my sets of wheels.Anything that has air tires around here has one of those split tip caps.

After finding out how much my loaded tires weigh, I hope I never see one. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif Thought about unloading the tire ballast some weeks back but now I think I'm going to keep them loaded. Guess I'd have to call someone in or turn that leak down and let the load out. Man, they aren't even fun on a Honda Civic. I do like that jack though. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
