When I shift into low range, it does not feel like it goes all the way in. I have tried stepping on the HST pedal, no change. When I apply a small load, it pops right out. Fluid and clutch free play are fine. Any suggestions appreciated.

Not good to diagnose without actually seeing it.Is there a stick or something catching or preventing full movement of the shifter? Is it bent? If not out of adjustment it might be the inner spring (ring/ retainer) on your shifting hub on the inner driven shaft itself. Just a thought. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

There is nothing that I can see interfering with linkage. How is linkage adjusted? I don't see any threaded rod type of adjustment.

What repair manual would I get for this tractor?
