Fuel Injector crush washers
I checking/cleaning all of my injectors in my NH 2120. Has anyone had experience reusing the copper crush washers. Maybe by flipping them over?

Re: Fuel Injector crush washers
I used to reuse the ones on VW's all the time, just by putting them back in the same way they came out - never had a problem.

Re: Fuel Injector crush washers
Take a tip from an old fella.
"re-anneal" the washers by heating them up quite hot, but not to melting point, and quench them in cold water. Softens the copper and makes it conform better.
Ensure that the seats of injector and head are very clean, and you should not have problems.
