Here are some pics of my 5 acres in upstate NY I bought to put my camp/house on. This is the start of the 200 ft road into the lot. This project is begging for a compact tractor to play with. I'm still deciding on which one.

Upstate NY? Oh oh, here we go agen. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Picture did not make it through. Good luck with your project. sounds like what I went through with my 4.3 acres. Started with just wanting to just camp out on it, and maby in 5 to ten years build a house. Well, two years now and the house is going up this summer. Here is a shot from the road of mine. Oh, and I am also from upstate. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif about 30min south-east of Albany.

South East of Albany? I'm from Plattsburgh, REALLY upstate. I'll resend the picture later. Apperently the file was too large to go through.

Thanks Rob,
It is pure bliss on the sight. All you hear is nature. That is something I've always wanted. Here's a shot of the road looking out. As you can see there is a slight uphill grade. All the more reason I will need a tractor (with snowblower) to get us out in the winter. At least that's the excuse I'm using on the wife to buy my machine.

Tawoo,

You are really in upstate NY. Plattsburgh alone should get you permission to buy a CUT, the snow you get is going to be fun. Here is my 200' plus driveway with another 50' Turn in.

Boy, you guys with the real driveways are just killing me. We're still using our construction drive waiting for a couple more quotes for the real one. Even then it'll be stone/slag/recycled asphalt or something like that. Hey, what can I say... I'm intensely jealeous /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
