Thanks. She is an Anatolian Shepherd Dog. Awesome breed. So far her personality is exactly what the breed description says. She is developing her guarding instincts and is very protective of my wife. And holy cow is she fast.

If I am reading the 2nd photo correctly, the older dog is bringing up the rear.:thumbsup:

Might add it's a great joy making the kids happy as well

I remember when that small boy in the picture (running with the dogs) was afraid of dogs. His little brother was the same, but is slowly growing out of his fear, playing with them as well.

The small black dog with the ball in her mouth was sore that night. The boy using the "chuck it" (to throw the ball) always wanted a dog that would fetch and he wore her out:laughing:

This is my Dixie...she's a 2 yr. young brindle/blue mix and is the sweetest girl in the world,(unless you're the 6ft. long black snake that lives under the wood pile!) It's funny when people first meet/see her and think she's going to tear 'em apart and instead she lick's 'em to death! Totally submissive,socialized w/other animals,loves to swim and take long hikes w/me in the woods!!! (by the way, her ears aren't cropped, just looks that way... Ain't no knife gonna touch my baby girl!)
