Here's a shot of the Supermoon taken in my back yard. Using a Fuji finepix S3100 14Mp with a 24X digital zoom.
Settings where as followed.

f/5.9
Speed: 1/480 sec
ISO: 100
Time: 11:26p
Date: 06/22/13
Color temerature was edited to reflect true color and brightness. I had to really shut down the Iris taking this shot. I actually saw a cat crossing the backyard about 100 yards away. As the little fuzzy guy said. "Bright light.. bright light". -kid

Kid,
Glad things are looking up down there:D

Here's a shot I took about 400 miles north of you at 11:33 pm last night.
Canon SX50 HS, ISO 200, f-8 at 1/250
View at full pixel size to see craters along bottom edge.
I cropped out part of the sky. The image was
actually 4000 x 3000 pixels.

Should be even better pictures about 9:30 pm tonight, if it doesn't get cloudy.

Great picture Ron. I was going to use my Sony A350 with a 500mm lens but forgot to charge the battery in time before it got too late. My little Fuji does a great job and the batteries where up. -kid

Kid,
The moon came up tonight 9:30 here with partial cloud cover and quite red. I took a few and came in as the mosquitos were getting me confused.
I just checked and took a few more at 11:30 and it is bright white as it was last night at this time.
I shoot RAW plus JPG but didn't even open the RAW on these as the jpg's were fine. I usually shoot the full moon at 2 stops under when it is high in the sky and it gives great detail.
I'll look at them tomorrow.

Great pics, guys! I noticed the moon looked really big and beautiful, Saturday night, and it was really nice at 0330, this morning. Somehow, I didn't think about taking a photo. Thanks for sharing yours!
