I guess we have to write them ourselves. Everybody volunteer and write a manual for one attachment. Or, we could pick one attachment and everybody could add to that manual. I am not sure how Tractorbynet tools would work. I guess we could use Word and then keep posting revisions. Just some wild thoughts here.

I'd suggest (if folks want to do this) that you use Google Docs. It's free, and anyone can be given permission to look, but only certain ones allowed to edit.
Sort of an informal wikipedia.
