I just bought this tractor and I have a problem with the pto rotation and
number of splines. My tractor is CCW rotation looking from the rear and has
18 splines. Similar to the 1040 rpm pto on std tractors.

I am wanting to buy a 48" tiller for the unit. So I am in need of information about a spline adapter and possible sources for a tiller. I can use either a
42" or 48" tiller. I assume I'll need an 18 to 6 spline connector.

My tractor has the 3 speed pto on in.

I have the same problem with a Suzue. CCW rotation on the pto. I can buy an adapter for $495, but it's a real pain to switch when I use my tiller that uses CCW rotation. I have seen reverse fail blades on the internet. Can I just switch the blades on the brush hog and use it as Counter Clockwise rotation?
Any one tried it or see any major problems.
