Hi,
I have just acquired a New Holland LB-620 with 4000hrs on the clock.
53hp Onan center articulating backhoe loader.

This machine is real real tight. I had a friend (retired equipment mechanic) look it over after I looked at it needless to say I bought it the next day.

I have just ordered the service manual online.

It's very difficult to find any information on this model, on the web. Does anyone have any links that may help other than a google search?

I would like to know what fluids and filters to use since this is first on my list of things to do before putting it to work.

I don't know the last time this was serviced.

However, one of the swing cylinders was rebuilt within the past month. (would this mean the fluid was drained and refilled?) or just remove and cap the lines and top off the lost fluid (more than likely)

Also where is the low point drain for the hydraulic fluid and what type and capacity. I've read a few discussions here and they run the gambit on types of fluid. This machine was made back in the days of Sperry / New Holland, I think prior to ford / case IH / fiat (correct me if I am wrong).

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
