Here are a couple pics of the 4020 I was talking about in my other post. I paid 8k for it. It has about 3500hrs and other than a little dent in the front of the hood, it is straight. I want to reroute 2 hydraulic lines and need to fix a very small leak in the loader and have also ordered 2 new back tires. Plans also call for a new paint job and I will post pics of the take down and resto. If you notice in the pics, the 2 side panels that go on the left and right side under the dash (by the starter on left side and inj pump on right side) are missing. It should have 4020 diesel written on them. What are these called and where do I get them?

deerefan,
Obviously it has been repainted several years ago and looks very straight. I think you did good.

Looks great, like those hard working Deere.

Looks nice. They are hard to beat.

Odd looking tires though.

We call them side tins and they can be hard to find. Good Luck and just keep your eyes peeled.

That is what a tractor should look like - all metal and green. Nice machine!

Looks like rack and pinion wheels. What size rear tires do you have?

I'm not sure. I will check this afternoon when I get home and report back. I know the front tires are different than factory. They are wider, a little better than what was on there.
