leaf compactor attachment for FEL bucket thumb grabble

The title says it all...almost...
I'm looking for input into developing a bolt or pin on blade that converts my (thumb type) bucket grapple into a leaf compactor...

I just started cutting out the parts to make a soft (wood) mock-up of the grapple and simulated bucket...

from looking at the rough sketches I've made...it looks like the biggest problem is going to be interference when dumping a large compressed load...I think the supporting arms that will hold "the blade" will have to be so long to to make it effective that the blade may be in the way (when the grapple is raised to the wide open position) of the load when dumping....

Once I get the mock-up put together I'll know a lot more but right now I am not ruling out an articulated blade/arms that release with a pin??

looking for any insights, input or suggestions etc...

It has two outer tines that push(?) but might give you an idea about a two stage grapple to be able to pull into the bucket. It would be good if you can have two sets, one to hold, another to pull more into the bucket.
