John Deere 4410
I am getting new tires for my 4410. I have turf on now and want to go to something with a more agressive tread either ag or industrial. The book calls for 7-14 and 11.2-24. if I put a 27x8.50-15 on the front, what size do I need in the back. What are my other size options.

First question everyone is going to ask is if the 4410 is four wheel drive. If not, the tire sizes can be altered with very little ill effects, within reason. If four wheel drive, then the rolling ration between the front and rears has to be maintained.

What condition are the turf tires in? I am looking for a real good used set for my 4310... I have R4's on it now and need turfs once in a while. :)

Looks like what ever you decide you will need new wheels. I'll bet used wheels for R4s will be the easiest to find. You may find a dealer that changed a machine to something different at the point of sale and has a set to sell.

If it were me, I would first decide which tread pattern I wanted and then purchase the size that would have come on the machine from the factory. As someone else mentioned, looks like new tires and wheels will be required. Will be an expensive proposition. Might be worth considering selling the turfs to offset the cost or hold onto them a little while to see if you wished you still had them.
