Info on a 1982 Ford B 3000 please

I just bought a house and the seller threw in an old Ford B 3000 tractor. I know NOTHING about tractors! I just know it runs pretty good and starts up easily. The previous owner said its in good shape except it leaks power steering fluid. Any tips on its upkeep would be much appreciated. Thank you.

To start go to tractordata.com and look up your tractor to see information on the tractor. According to them the 3000 series was discontinued in 1975 and the 3610 was made in 1982, look at each one they have pictures of each and that should be a good start.

as was said.. thousand series ended in 75 that statered the x600.. after that was the x610, then x610II etc. there were other variants and industrials as well.

Get an owner's manual once you establish what it is. It should give you a good idea of maintenance items and intervals.

fastest way to id it is to post us some pics.

need front grill and front bolster.. rear axle, light and left side of tractor showing running boards, hood sides, engine.. and also the rear hubs

between those we can id it for you
