When looking at charts on tee jet sprayer tips one column gives you a gallons per minute for one nozzle. The columns give you a gallons per acre depending upon travel speed. Is that also for one nozzle? I assume it is and to get total GPA's you have to multiply number of nozzles per sprayer.

thats not really how it works its gallons per acre at a set spacing.
doesnt matter if you make 400 trips with the same tip 15" apart or one spray boom with 400 tips every 15" making one trip.
as long as your tips are set to the distance metioned in the chart thats what you will get at the set speed and pressure.

so in short NO.

ok that didn't really clarify very well.
ok basicly if you have tips that put on on 10 GPA on 20" spacng at 5 MPH.
they will put on 20 GPA at 10" spacing at 5 MPH
or they will put on 5 GPA at 20" spacing at 10 MPH
you do need to make sure your boom height or tip spacing is correct to get 50% overlap for even coverage.

If you have several tips, then the total gallons per MINUTE is obtained by multiplying number of tips
