Welder runs but when you start to weld it loses power and sounds weak. Any ideas

I have a 130. Never had an issue.

I suggest you post this over on Millerwelds forum. Cruizer is a factory trained tech there who is real good. there are other good guys there who know these welders inside out too.

I would check your supply voltage, just to make sure the AC line voltage is staying in spec. and not dropping.. other than that ???

Could it be a wire feeding problem? Wire speed controls amps. If the liner is plugged and/or the tip damaged could cause it to seem to run cold. If the wire spool is too tight could also cause it. First thing is check to make sure you have consistent wire feed and a good ground. Also make sure you have the right size parts for the size of wire you have.

Nope. Guess the mixture on the bottle is not correct. Bottle is half empty
I turned the regulator down to 10 and it works like a dream.
