Pic #2 - Unpinned (one pin on each side) and leaned back (using hydraulics) to raise it out of the bottom "saddle" points.
The manual says this is a two step process. First, lean it back. Second raise it up using the stabilizer arms.
In reality, it's only a one-step process. When it leans back, the bottom pins come right out of the saddle hooks. I never had to raise it on the stabilizers.

Pic #3 - Lowered to ground
I pulled the tractor forward a bit and then lowered the BH to the ground using the stabilizer arms. One of the hydraulic hoses on the tractor should be about 5 inches longer. It would have made pulling forward easier and safer (less chance of breaking a hose).

This is where I ran into a couple small issues.
1. The top link is held in place by the hitch hole. It comes out no problem.
2. The lift arms are held in place by the raised PTO shield. I finally figured out that they just pull out with a little force after trying to finesse them for quite some time.
3. I was missing a lift arm to lower link pin and had to substitute a hitch pin (in picture).
4. I didn't like the hydraulic hoses running behind and under the PTO shield (which folds down) and chose to thread them back up though and over the shield.
5. The tractor does have a holder to keep the top link up. It's just not attached in the picture.
