I am selling my 2001 Befco Hurricane H80 100 flail mower / chopper. The H80 is a heavy industrial line of flail mowers and is constructed to last a long time; I am unsure of the exact weight if the H80 100, but I am guessing it is around 2000lbs. It is in good shape; a few minor scratches, dings, etc. but overall it looks great. No mechanical problems; no vibrations, etc. I replaced both belts earlier this year. It is currently outfitted with Y blades, but dethatching and finish cut blades are also available. I have a dozen or so replacement Y blades, bolts, and U-bolts that come with the mower. I purchased these replacements when I got the mower, but have yet to lose a single blade...
It is designed for tractors 40-80 HP, but I have been running it behind my Kubota B3030. Although it does tend to bog down a little when I hit the big clumps of grass, vines, etc, it does run the mower fine.
I am located in Seaside, OR. I would be willing to deliver the mower anywhere within 60 miles for free; further than that we can negotiate. I would also be willing to help arrange freight, drop it off at a shipping terminal, etc.
