1999 John deere #455 Diesel Garden Tractor with 3-Point Tiller

Selling my pride and joy, John Deere 1999 John Deere garden tractor that I致e owned since 2000. Garden Tractor has been highly maintained and has been stored in my garage. Tractor has the following:
-Model 455 with 22 horsepower Yanmar diesel engine, power steering, hydrostatic transmission, cruise control, tilt steering, differential lock, adjustable seat and hydraulic hook-up couplers.
-John Deere 60 commercial shaft driven mid-mount mower with quick tatch design
-John Deere #450 50 rotary tiller, shaft driven with friction clutch
-Cat 0 3-point hitch, manufactured by John Deere
-John Deere 540-rpm rear PTO
-5 John Deere 42# front suitcase weights, required when using the rear mounted tiller
-Have all manuals for the tractor, mower, tiller, 3-point and 540 rpm PTO
-Has 1200 hours
Garden tractor is in very good condition and needs nothing. The following has been done recently: new front tires, new OEM seat, battery, changed oil in engine and transmission. You will not find a nicer 1999 John Deere #455 with all this equipment. Must see to appreciate. Need to sell soon, bought new John Deere garden tractor. Asking $8,000 or best offer for the package. I'd consider buying the tiller without the mower. I've been watching that thing on craigslist for the last few months. I have an 800 hour 455 myself, not as clean as yours though.
