I watch these all the time looking to maybe upgrade my 425 to a cherry 455 if the situation were right. I think a fair price with no 3ph, no rear pto, no AWS would be around $4500 for everything. Price it there. Hold your price, and it will move.

Well that would be a fair price for a cherry 425 where I'm at so I guess I'm about right for my diesel but thanks.

This tractor is still for sale asking 4500 for tractor and 800 for the blade and I have a blade that was modified to fit a 455. I would like 400 for it and it will angle it is manual though. The modified blade is a John deere blade from a Jd 400 tractor.

I said a cherry 455. Not trying to be a smartaxx, but you've been trying for 10 months or so now. That should tell you something about your sales approach. In my area, a correctly priced 400 series lasts about a day on Craigslist. Those tractors are in high demand. So, something isn't right.

Oh and a friend of mine just sold a mint condition 425 with a snow blade some suitcase weights and a 54 inch deck. He got 5400 out of it earlier this spring. I mean 600 hrs but looked like it had never been used.

I am interested in your tractor at that price, but I have to sell a tractor that I have on this site. I have a very nice 4100 john deere with a 60" rear mower and it only has 358 hours. I have mine for sale for 7900 but will consider your asking price + cash to make up the difference. I will lower mine to 7500 to make the difference 3000. I thought i would run this past you because i am looking for a used 400 series tractor after i sell mine AND i live in Monticello, IL so we should be close. let me know if you would like to consider this trade...
