Illinois Kubota L39 TLB Backhoe

I bought this with less than 100 hours on it for a pond building project and at the time I promised my CFO (wife) that once the project was done I would sell it. 3 years later and wouldn't you know it, she remembers. It has less than 300 hours on it now, and it is in excellent shape. Greased religiously (when you have 6 kids and your trying to keep them busy on the project - a grease gun is the easist) I'm asking 27,000 but will consider trades. I also have a JD 2210 w/fel. My plan is to get rid of both of them and get one piece in the middle. 30 - 35 hp. Physical size and foot print is the most important thing for my property. The L39 is just too large.

I made a promise that I would get rid of it, and I am true to my word, so it must go. I didn't say I wouldn't trade for something else

Correction to post - I should have said it has less than 400 hours. 397 right now and will have more this weekend. I'm donating some time to the county fairgrounds putting water lines in for the 4-H barns.
