Does any one think this is a fair price for a gently used Bobcat? If not what would be fair I am looking to move her soon I need the cash more than I need the tractor. Tractor is paid for no loan owed. I am not selling due to problems with the tractor it has performed with no issues at all.

That should be a fair price under normal circumstances, but taking into consideration the huge incentives Bobcat is offering right now to move existing inventory you may be competing with a dealer to sell new. I just did a build your own quote on Bobcat.com for a CT335 HST w/QA FEL, R4 tires,& 2 rear remotes. If dealer wished to discount 10% from list, and using current program his price would be within just under $2K of yours @ $18183. Biggest advantage you have is the sales tax if the buyer is not tax exempt.

I noticed alot of craigslist tractors not selling fast.
0% - zero percent financing is a big attraction to alot of customers right now.
A kubota B2630 with only six hours has been for sale over 6 months in my area.
He is asking $13,200 OBO w/no tax.
With the economy, unemployment, worries of the recovery... most retail non-agricultural sales are low.
Spoke with my local Deere dealer a week ago and residential sales for 3-4 years have been going lower. They had a small increase this year over last.
Their Agricultural business has been on the uprise for 3-4 years.
That is a nice looking tractor- price is fair.
Might have to wait for the right person, snow is coming and that might snag you some tire kickers soon.
    Good luck!

Pretty close Phillip, I paid 19300 New for the same tractor in orange paint. see picture to the left. (loader different of course) It is a great tractor, but as others have said you may be fighting the dealers. If I really needed the money, I would drop it about 600 bucks, listed and go from there. If you didn't really need the money, you ought to keep it, for a while, as the newer models in a few months that meet Tier IV final will be more..might help your tractor value. Just thinking out loud.

I droped the price to $16,200 hopefully this will speed up the process with the dealer prices and my no sales tax, heck I will even throw in a 5 foot box blade and a single row cultivator for an additional $200 that should bring some takers. That should be pretty hard to beat. Box blade is like $400ish and cultivator was $300ish. That should sweeten the pot.

I would think if a man wanted a good tractor and some implements, that ought to do it..
