149' bridge for sale.
Currently in three sections. This was originally an uncompleted on ramp on I95. Total weight is 35 tons with the heaviest section weighing 20 tons. The bridge is fabricated out of corten steel which never needs painting. Current scrap value is about $9,000. New cost is estimated to be between $100,000 and $150,000. Can arrange delivery. Located in central West Virginia. PM for more info.

Re: 149' bridge for sale.
It really wasn't that hard. I saw it. I bought it. Then had it moved to my front yard. Granted there were some details I've left out, but it really wasn't difficult. I just need to find someone who needs it rather than scrap it. This is the real deal. Someone out there needs a bridge or possibly one or two of the sections to have a bridge that won't need a load limit sign.

50' would be perfect and would love to have one section, but I suspect shipping to Oklahoma is way over my budget.

Re: 149' bridge for sale.
I'm trying to contact someone locally who could truck the steel just in case someone is interested in the bridge. Oklahoma is a bit far depending on your budget. Compared to the cost of new, it would still be a bargain for someone who literally wouldn't have to worry about somone driving something too heavy over the bridge.
In this state the fire department isn't subject to bridge laws. I wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't the case elsewhere. Obviously a loaded concrete truck wouldn't be a problem either or a lowboy with a Cat D10.
