It is sort of tractor related. considering we used one several times to move it and change ends up to weld.
I have a bit more work to do. I have to connect the plumbing and wire up the blower to a temp control switch. I am not a typical setup I have a 600 gallon buried tank.The water is fed from the tank and ran through the boiler.When the tank temp drops below 150 I will force the blower to come on and feed the fire box.

Nice job Eric.

Curious, how tough was it to get water tightness on all those welds ?, or did you succeed the first time thru ?

You going to pump water or a glucose type of solution ?

Answers to above.
Yes it does have a pressure relief valve. But the tank is fed via a pump so basically it is never under pressure water goes in the bottom and out the top into the storage tank.
I am running straight water in the tank. 700 plus gallons of glycol would break the bank,.
As for the welds.. Three passes around pretty much assures leak free. If there are any pinholes they will rust shut pretty quick
