Need advice on steps to establish lawn. Property (1 acre) at homesite is covered with medium underbrush. Not sure if I should bushhog/disc/cultivate or till. Would appretiate some advice on procedures for this project. Thanks.

Depending on where you are?, and what you have growing now?, and the soil we are working with?, the equipment you have at your disposal?, I would say roundup, soil test, ammendments, rototill, clear debris, fert/seed/straw.

Before you plant the grass seed make sure all is smooth and will make for a smooth mowing ride.
