That is the exact size I want to build. How much money will you have in the structure? Thanks.

Cartod, It cost$400.00 to prepare the site pad, $500.00 in gravel for the pad. The bid from the Mennonite Builder was $5,800.00 for the lumber, metal, and labor to erect. The foundation was put in by myself and brother-in law and hard to estimate that cost as we had tough conditions with the very rocky soil. We had a really tough time with the post hole digger on the B3300 and had to do a lot of hand digging. I will have some small cost for electric(lights, outlets, etc) which i plan to do myself.

Good luck with your project. Look forward to seeing your photos. I plan on posting some finished pictures, just haven't had time to get back to the farm.

Here are the finished garage pictures. It feels great to have a nice place to put the tractor in and not cover it with a tarp every time I go home from the farm.
